Natalie Sandiford is a maritime lawyer and consultant with years of experience in the maritime industry. Natalie has worked closely with stakeholders across various maritime agencies to help them navigate complex maritime codes and conventions, develop and implement projects and programs and ensure alignment of policy and program objectives with legislative requirements. Natalie currently serves as President of the Women in Maritime Association Caribbean (WIMAC) Barbados Chapter Inc. and is a strong advocate for gender equality in the maritime industry.

Lendor brings a wealth of experience in port management and strategic planning, having served at the helm of two of the leading ports in the Caribbean. With over twenty years of experience in the maritime industry, Lendor is well known for his leadership and expertise, and is an honorary member of the Port Management Association of the Caribbean (PMAC), having served as Vice Chairman and Chairman for over a decade.
